Due to Pandemic we are now incorporating an online presence, so your support is appreciated! . Venue organizer will select menu for food vendors, or event coordinator or individual can discuss menu selections/prices. We also su

pport the community with fundraising, faith based fundraising, sports teams, cultural festivals. Our Top requests: Teriyaki Chicken Plate combo, Tri-tip , Grilled Lobster Tails, BBQ New York Steak-sliced, Louisiana Crab/shrimp Broils, Baby back Pork Rib combos. Sides are all to order,depending on price and overall palate/. examples: Southern Mac and Cheese, Hawaiian Mac salad, Ginger Slaw, Rolls, Mash Potatoes, Greens, Rice, Corn bread rolls, Beans, ect.
