Veronica is a licensed Zumba instructor who dances all week long! Sabrina & Tracy wanted to try out Zumba so they found Veronica online & have been going to her class weekly! Veronica is the best & she’s ready to bring the energy with a 30-minute Zumba class at the start of the Galentine’s event! 💃🏼💗

Sabrina & Tracy are the mother-daughter duo behind ! They started this company so they could bring a variety of wellness activities to women at an affordable price!! They also both became barre certified instructors (certified by ) so they could bring on even more wellness!! 🩰💗 They’ll be teaching a 30-minute barre stretch at the event so we can take a break from the making and move our bodies!

At our Galentine’s Day Wellness Retreat, we will be participating in TWO fitness activities!

💃 We’ll start with a 30-minute Zumba workout taught by Zumba instructor Veronica Rice ! Get your wiggles out and get ready to create, restore & relax!

🩰 Take a break from the making for a 30-minute barre-inspired (all-standing) stretch with barre-certified instructors Tracy & Sabrina & ! Restore, relax, and stretch that body out!
