Hey AZ ladies! This mini wellness sampler is all about doing some self care before the holiday season begins. We wanted to create an event that was accessible and affordable to all – because all women deserve wellness. Join us on November 16, from 2-4PM at Green Goddess House of Herbs for a little wellness retreat. This event will take place outdoors on the patio.

In this sampler we will offer:

A 30-minute Barre workout taught by barre-certified instructors Sabrina () & Tracy ()! Get your wiggles out and get ready to create, restore & relax.
This wellness retreat’s craft is a build your own fall bouquet! Learn how to mix fall florals & greenery to create a handmade centerpiece worthy bouquet. Then, we will show you how to make your very own flower food to keep your florals alive & lasting for days to come.

Next, we’ll have a food drive raffle! Bring up to 5 canned food items for St. Mary’s Food Bank. Every can you bring is a raffle ticket and the winner will recieve a ticket to an upcoming 2025 The Self Center PHX event.

Our Summer Wellness Retreat on Sunday was the best time ever!!! We joined together for a barre workout, terracotta pot painting & succulent potting, yoga & sound healing, sugar lip scrub DIY making, chair massages, henna & more!! 🩰 We’ll start with a 30-minute barre-inspired (all-standing) workout with barre-certified instructors Tracy & Sabrina ( & !) Restore, tone, and stretch those muscles out!
