The National Parks Development Committee, in partnership with the Armed Forces of the Philippines, Philippine Navy, and Philippine Marine Corps, will stage the Changing of the Guard Ceremony at the Rizal Monument on 03 November 2024 (Sunday), 4:00 PM, followed by the Silent Drill Exhibition behind the Rizal Monument (Lawn A).
