We're having a another pop-up barbecue sale! Stock up on delicious smoked meats before the big game Sunday.

You have two options for pickup. This coming Friday, 2/7 from 11am-5pm or next week Tues-Thurs 2/11-13 from 11am-5pm. If you want to pick up THIS FRIDAY before the weekend, please email us ([email protected]) after placing your order or leave a message in the order comments. Orders must be placed by Wednesday 2/5 at 12pm for Friday pickup.

Orders for next week can be placed now through Saturday, February 8 at noon. Our kitchen is located at 1280 S Van D**e Rd Ste. 1, Appleton, WI 54914. We share a location with Valley Market & Catering.

Get sliced brisket, spare ribs, smoked wings, pulled pork, and smokehouse beans at the link below. All orders come with pickles and Smooth Operator sauce.

We made the tough choice last night to cancel our last pop up for the year, Sunday at Cuff Farms. For those who follow us, you know that we have been tormented this entire season by bad weather and Sunday is not looking good. Given what we know about the Cuffs crowd and the absolutely perfect day TODAY, we know crowds will be small tomorrow, so we're choosing to focus on preparing for Wednesday's event at Santé Wine Bar & Bistro instead. Unfortunately the way we make barbecue (starting days in advance) we sometimes have to make a call when we don't know exactly how it will work out. It's one of the most difficult parts of this set up.

It's here again! the 4th Annual Hog Roast at Cuff Farms is this Friday and we still have some tickets available for you and your family to join us for this all-you-can-eat farm to table BBQ spread.

WHEN: Friday 9/20, 4:30-7:30pm, Food served starting @ 5:30
WHERE: Cuff Farms in Hortonville
WHO: You and your kids/partner/friends/parents/neighbor!
MENU: Smoked pasture-raised pork, rolls, mac & cheese, beans, coleslaw, cornbread & hot honey, pickles, Kelley Country Creamery ice cream for dessert. Water & soda.

11a-1p Givens Farm

If you know us, you know we do our best to make lemonade out of lemons. We're trying this out! Drive-thru BBQ TOMORROW (Saturday 8/17). The rain won't stop us - you don't even need to leave your car!

If the weather is decent or you're feeling adventurous, the Givens Farm property is a gorgeous event venue and vineyard in Hortonville, home to adorable babydoll sheep. You're welcome to explore.
