How do we perfectly cook whole ribeye and tomahawk for 120 guests in the great outdoors? First we sear them in a roasting hot 6ft paella pan then move them to the Argey-grill for wood fired cooking and additional smoke. Another beautiful summer wedding...and the rain definitely didn't stop play. 🐷🩷

Meanwhile in the UK.....we delivered an intimate countryside wedding for the lovely Lena & Matt. Their guests were treated to an edible garden, charcuterie and British cheese board, followed by tuna loin, bavette steak, buttermilk chicken, Moroccan spiced lamb flatbread and a mezze board 🐷🩷

OUR NEW HQ: As well as delivering our biggest year to date, meeting some amazing new clients, catering incredible corporate events, weddings & private parties - in 2023 we were also renovating & building our new prep kitchen & HQ in Warwick....just one more reason to be so proud of our 5 star rating 🐷🩷

We were thrilled to recently cater the Jaguar Experience tour, organised by Steph, Abi & the incredibly talented team The Event Business at Fen End, Warwickshire; Knockhill, Scotland; and Kirkistown, Northern Ireland.

As well as getting to experience the F-Type around the track, guests were treated to breakfast - which included a juice bar, Warwickshire Midlanduja toasted muffins (locally sourced from Prices Spices), chocolate-covered woodland strawberries and Bloody Mary confit tomato bagels; our snack menu of duck leg duck egg scotch eggs, wild boar and apple sausage rolls, crackling sticks, Berkeswell cheese straws & homemade scones with clotted cream; and Hereford rib eye (from local butcher Artisan Butcher) with fat chips, homemade veggie Wellington with butternut squash, roasted leeks and goats cheese, dauphinoise potato and a gorgeous selection of ice cream from Henley Ice Cream. All of that was topped off with Lavazza barista coffee from our beautiful Billys Coffee Company Ltd coffee machine.

Thank you to the whole Flying Pig Catering team, and to all of the other suppliers working on the tour for making the 27 live days such a great experience.

After a busy week on the phone and email taking wedding bookings, writing event proposals and organising a private 8 course tasting menu - along with our partnership catering for Dartford Valley Rugby Club we have had to make a change to our pizza.... After this weekend we'll be back on the 26th March and will be doing 2 weekends a month thereafter.
