Are you ok, our people?
Here’s some things I like to do to help me remember this will get better;
🌹 Limit the news, social media, and people who are negative (you can still love someone, but choose the “snooze for 30 days” above their fb profile 🤫😜😂)
🌹 Go outside. Vitamin D builds immunity. It’s also cheering!
🌹 Choose music, books, or movies you can get lost in.
🌹Bring some plants or greenery inside: it doesn’t have to be fancy, just alive! Get creative 🌿
🌹 Exercise in whatever form makes you happy. Skip, play handball, do some gentle stretches... just move. You’ll feel better, stay stronger, and work off my next bit of advice....
🌹 Chocolate. Go on. Consider this the note from your mum you needed. Chocolate was made for such a time as this 😂😘
Friends, check on your pals, be kind and patient with everyone.
