A new production company has been started up in Humboldt County, California by musical husband and wife team of Dj Marjo Lak and Cold Blue Water frontman, Andy B. Dedicated to bringing high quality entertainment to the North Coast as well as showcasing the best of local bands, dj's and artists, Fraktal Productions is the culmination of many years of experience. Over the years this dynamic duo ha

s produced events like All Tribes Dance, a mix of independent films and electronic music, Summertronica, the dj and electronic music tend at the Mateel's Summer Arts and Music Festival in Benbow each year, and more recently , Soul Flow bringing local and national Dj's together to benefit different local non profits. Dj Marjo Lak has been involved with the local electronic music scene since her arrival 10 years ago from her native country of Brazil where she began mixing beats under the Butter Music Brazil label. Marjo Lak, also a member of Deep Groove Society has graced the CDj's and mixer at many of Humboldt's top EDM events, festivals, and out in the hills underground parties. Andy B , Guitarist, singer songwriter of the band Cold Blue Water is also no stranger to the stages of Humboldt. Having played, recorded, or jammed with most every band from the area over the last 20 years, Andy has found great success with his band playing throughout California and they are currently recording their second album in a Los Angeles studio owned by Legendary Doors guitarist Robbie Krieger. And Yes, you can expect that Fraktal Productions will also be bringing top-notch musicians, bands, Djs and artists to our area as well.
