Fall weddings are beautiful but can sometimes be a little chilly. Here is a great idea for a favor for your guests that need a little extra warmth. Bulk blankets (like the airplane kind) with a cute little tag tied around them. Place them in a basket or old wooden crate and they make a cute decoration that serves a purpose!

This is great advise and a healthy mindset to how to look your best on your wedding day. As a Fitness Instructor and Yoga Teacher too - I’ve seen too many brides looking for a quick fix and so many make some pretty scary choices to get that wedding body at any cost. Be smart. Be kind to your body and make your journey to being fit a life style you can live with long term.
