Today we had the beautiful Isabella in the studio for her Christmas Shoot, Isabella has been coming to us since she was a baby and we love seeing how much she has grown each time.
At Color pix Studios we pride ourselves on the “no rush” theory of photography, many children need time to adjust to their surroundings, especially those children, who like Isabella have a hidden superpower. Together with our experience of working with children and young adults with disabilities and now having our own children with disabilities we have first hand experience of working with these super heroes to get the pictures their families don’t always get when they have their school photos taken or they are limited to a time slot.

It was a pleasure to see you Isabella and we can’t wait for our shoots we have planned for after Christmas ❤️❤️

As a small business we rely heavily on bookings as an income, so unfortunately due to some very last minute cancellations and then not being able to fill that space we will now be putting booking/retainer fees on all bookings.

We have avoided this for so long but we also have bills and a family to feed.

This will come into effect from 01/01/2025

How can you call this “work” when you enjoy it so much. We have been lucky enough to meet so many talented people since AK Promotions asked us to be their photographers, and last night we took photographs for probably the most incredible bunch of Liverpool FC fans. The atmosphere was insane when Robbie Fowler walked out from the wings on to the stage as they all sang You’ll never walk alone. Absolutely amazing night. Can honestly say Robbie Fowler was one of the nicest guys I have ever met, and he even complimented our photography, and editing skills. It’s nights like these we will remember for the rest our lives.

We have been a bit quiet this week working behind the scenes on our new website… it’s almost complete and you will then be able to view your album, order prints, including large format prints, mugs and slates.

Merthyr Girls Vs Quinns today.

Not many images due to injury and game ending early, but as always some excellent rugby on display and a pleasure to be able to photograph.
