Well a new week and the sun is shining, I hope you’re all making the most of it.

Some sad news I think.. prior to being offered the opportunity to set up and offer the village a take away & tuck shop option all be it just on a Friday evening I explained to Fiona that I already had several weekend bookings covering 3&4 day events and those include Fridays, this week is the first event in my diary so sadly we won’t be in residence this Friday. Apologies to all who are making us their ‘go to place’ for Friday night tea/dinner/supper. Thanks for your understanding on this and to those who are using us regularly , thank you so much. Andy

It’s Thursday and it’s the Wheels Up North - Season Opener - Evening Meet at Longridge Show Ground and Witchy’s will be there this afternoon/evening hoping to see many of you there and tomorrow we are back at Charnock Richard Football Club from 4pm until at least 8.30pm looking forwards to catching up with everyone again. Witchy’s is my Lancashire based mobile catering company, being mobile so long as you’ve got an accessible piece of land to set up our retro airstream style catering trailer, we can be self sufficient power wise, swe can feed you on location, we’re quite diverse in our client base, From a Porsche Dealership, to supporting a BMW supercar event at a garden centre , we’ve been wellies deep in the muddy ‘car park’ of an outdoor model car group, in country fields, show grounds , every Friday we’re at Charnock Richard Football Club car park and the coronation weekend we were the catering offering for Charnock Richard Music Festival, we’ve even catered for a celebration event at Charnock Richard Crematorium , we cover dog shows , equestrian events, we’re doing the evening catering for a local wedding reception in a few months, despite all of this we still have some free dates in our diary , we aren’t just about burgers & wraps great as they are , I’m a fully qualified chef, I source my meat from an amazing quality family butchers in J McRobb High Class Family Butchers there’s not much we can’t create or offer, so whether you’re a group/club, whether you’re putting on a corporate event or decent size family gathering either on our own or with an excellent industry friend in The Pendle Grill together we’ve covered & fed events with up to 800 attendees. This coming Friday Witchy’s are delighted to confirm we are supporting Andy Leigh who is putting on a charity football match in aid of https://m.facebook.com/andysmanclub/ and it’s happening at Charnock Richard Football Club .

A % of our profit on the night will be donated and we’re delighted to confirm we will be serving food until at least 9.00 pm and we will be open from 3.30pm.

In addition to us there will be an ice cream van a bouncy castle, and music, the football club I understand have ‘happy hour prices’ - all good reason to come down and join us in supporting this amazing cause and the local community.

Last evening Witchy’s received an enquiry to cover five one day events between May & September, it was with much sadness I had to respond that I was unable to cover any of the dates as I’m previously booked to cover other events.

We do still have some availability but would encourage all event organisers interested in booking us to enquire and book us at their earliest opportunity.

I’m pleased to say we have an amazing ‘co-conspirator’ in Vanessa Halstead of The Pendle Grill , who also offers amazing top quality food using meats from her own farm and am delighted to recommend them to enquiring customers when we are already booked up, likewise when Vanessa is already committed she passes my information on.

Pleased to confirm that we are back on the car park of Charnock Richard Football Club THIS FRIDAY for hopefully an uninterrupted run of Friday evenings and…..

IF you haven’t heard we are the preferred caterer for the Coronation Weekend Charnock Richard Music Festival at the club, in addition to our Friday slot we will be there all day Saturday and Sunday! Saturday we are joined by a pizza company and an ice cream van too! ❤️

By recent standards we have a busy week this week, Friday we are back on Charnock Richard Football Club car park from 3pm until 8.30pm , then Saturday it’s an early start to support PDMCC in Nelson.
We’ve got a relatively busy spring and summer season ahead including Wheels Up North Official car shows, Agillidogz & UKA Bounce & Squeak Shows dog shows, we’re back at the AlisonArms Coppull folk festival, Charnock Richard Music Festival and many other private events including for Porsche & BMW dealerships. We’re even covering a morris dancing festival /competition and a triathlon!

If you’re looking for a quality caterer for your event(s) we may still be able to accommodate you and we’d be delighted to do so!

A lot depends on your attending numbers or your budget (if you’re paying yourself as opposed to attendees) we normally look for a minimum of 100-150 attendees or if lol you’ve got deep pockets and want to book us for a private event/dinner party for six or ten we’d be interested but bear in mind we are a quality caterer with quality staff overseen by a fully qualified chef - Me!) .

Only two more days to wait until Witchy’s are back at Charnock Richard Football Club from 3.00 until 8.30 , looking forward to seeing you there and, after last weeks overwhelming turnout, I’m pleased to say I’ll have staff with me this week to hopefully get your food served quicker, please note though I’m a fully qualified chef, you wouldn’t walk in to a restaurant and order your food for you to blink and your food is there, I don’t pre cook food, it’s cooked to order so it’s at its best for you. Witchy’s are pleased to confirm this coming weekend we are located at TC's Sports Bar Chorley . We are serving our usual range of bacon & sausage barms, our range of wraps and burgers, we’ve added fries to the menu and new this week are KimChi chicken noodles.

Saturday: We will be there serving food from 1pm.

Sunday we’ll be there mid-afternoon until after the England World Cup Match.

TC’s Sports Bar is probably Chorley’s best kept secret, tucked away on Chancery Fields, Astley Village, it’s modern, bright well equipped with a great family friendly atmosphere all courtesy of Becky & her team. If you’ve not been yet, give it a whirl.

Today (Sunday) Witchy’s can be found at TC’s Sports Bar Tc's Sportsbar in Astley Village we’ll be open around 11.30 for Bacon, Sausage barms and our usual range of Burgers & Wraps. We are also serving hot drinks but please go into the bar for Alcohol or soft drinks. In the morning we are there for the rugby match and in the afternoon we are supporting our good friends at Midnight Lancs .
