Charcuterie will be available on Saturdays (the 9th, 16th, 23rd) pick up from 9:00am- 11:00am at 4369 S Buffalo St in Orchard Park or delivery for a small fee.

Pies & Charcuterie will be available on Wednesday the 27th pick up between 2:00pm -6:00pm at 4369 S Buffalo St in Orchard Park. No delivery available.

🥬 It doesn't matter how "HEALTHY it is if you aren't going to eat it anyway 🥬

It took me a LONG TIME to learn this lesson. Like most people, I associated healthy eating with boring, bland food. I'd spend all day Sunday prepping "healthy" meals for the week ahead just to throw them in the garbage at the end of the week. I was wasting a LOT of time ⏳️money 💸and food🥦. I knew deep down I was never going to eat those plain chicken breasts, brown rice, and steamed veggies.
Eating healthy doesn't have to mean sacrificing flavor or enjoyment. It's all about finding the right balance and making small, sustainable changes to your diet. Eating healthy is not deprivation or restriction. Eating healthy is giving your body the nutrients it needs to function at its best. You are most likely to stick with healthy eating by
incorporating tasty, nutritious food you actually enjoy eating. 🤗
