Afternoon snack by Gogo, well my mum but we call her Gogo now because of my nephew. Most of my influence in food comes from her, although she is a retired Social Worker, she made the BEST lunch boxes and other meals, growing up. Tje Savoury samp on our Menu, is one of the dishes created by her, she still makes the best.... thanks Gogo at 73 you are still taking care of us 💛

So in this household 😁 we eat supper before 7pm. Today was meatballs and brown rice with veggies and guess who realised they hadn't made a sauce 15 minutes before supper time. Well these guys *insert picture below* saved me. Just throw everything in blitz for 2 minutes pour into a pot, stove top for +-5 minutes(depending how long you have) and voila you have your sauce. Oh another hack is, if you are lazy like me, line your baking tray with grease proof paper, less scrubbing.
