3 things I’ve learned as a woman CEO in NYC —

1. Be yourself - people are drawn to authenticity and individuality. That will get you further in your career than anything else.

2. Believe in Abundance and that there is enough for everyone, in other words don’t be an competitive a$$hole. The more you give, the more you receive. Everyone loves someone who is kind, generous and compassionate.

3.You get what you pay for - don’t be a cheap a$$hole. Pay the rate you would want to be paid to keep your team happy. The more you give, the more you earn. Pay more than you think it’s worth at times, it will always come back to you.
