It’s 2024️⃣, our amazing company is 4️⃣ years old and today is my 4️⃣0th birthday! 🎉 Dang, I’m old! Life comes at ya quick.

With all these years of wisdom I offer this unsolicited advice:
✔️ stay positive, rain makes rainbows 🌧️🌈
✔️ listen more than you speak 👂🙊
✔️ dreams don’t create themselves, you have to chase them 🚚💨
✔️ don’t eat the cold vendor meal someone gave you 4️⃣ hours ago 🤢☠️

Growing up, I really struggled to envision a career path for myself. I often envied those who knew their path early on: veterinarian, teacher, accountant – you know, a ‘real’ profession. What I did know was that I loved serving others. I loved the hum of a busy dining room on a Saturday night. I loved the smile you could bring to someone’s face with an unexpected moment of pure hospitality. So I took the path less traveled and signed up for a life of service – a life where a great cocktails and good conversation could create a memorable experience for someone.

While so much has changed in the some 20 years since I first waded into the hospitality pool, I still get to do what I’ve loved to do my entire adult life. It’s honestly what I was built for. And yes, I still get the question ‘Is this your full-time job?’ Why yes, yes it is! And I wouldn’t have it any other way.

I’m so glad you’re here! Make yourself comfortable. Stay awhile. We’ve been around for a bit, but I feel like we’re just getting started. We would love for you to come along with us and help us create even more memorable experiences. For we are all the music makers, and we are the dreamers of such amazing dreams. We can’t wait to serve you!

The Signature Cocktail and why it’s the number one thing you should have at your next event!

One question almost every client asks is “what should I serve?” Hands down my response every time includes at least one signature cocktail and I’ll tell you why.

1. Your guests can get beer, wine and vodka sodas ANYWHERE! So what’s special about them having one at your wedding or event? In contrast, a well thought out and executed craft signature cocktail is a wow factor and will give guests something to remember.

2. Signature cocktails can tell a story or fit a theme. What if we served the cocktails you both ordered on your first date? Or what if we recreated the cocktail you had on your first vacation abroad together? Or what if it’s the most incredible margarita ever at your son’s Taco Two-day second birthday bash?! 🌮🍹 Amazing!

3. It’s super speedy! Kegged up and ready to flow. Ever seen a barman try and make 30 Mai Tais during cocktail hour. That guy is sweating like a snowman in the desert. Ever seen Fizzy make 30 Mai Tais? It takes less time than it will to read this post.

4. When offered, signature cocktails are at least 50% of what is consumed at an event!! Which is wonderful news for your wallet. Liquor {for the most part} is the cheaper than beer and wine per serving. That’s right, the most popular option is the least expensive option! Consider that next time you want to only serve beer and wine at an event.

5. Finally, there’s nothing cooler than walking up to a little Italian truck and finding out it has the best Old Fashioneds and Margaritas on tap. 😎 Total Flex!
