“A few weekends ago we had a small family memorial service for my grandmother, catered by Al Chandler of Catering by Dinner Express. The food was perfect. Light, refreshing, delicious, easy on the palate, and something for everyone to enjoy. None of the menu items overpowered others, which made it easier to fill up without feeling full. Al gave us the atmosphere that my grandmother would have loved to be a part of with food she would've scarfed down. I can’t thank him enough for all the little touches and attention to detail that made this moment all my family wanted.”

“I can see clearly now the rain is gone.” The rain finally let up for us to have an amazing event! Wes Davis was sensational and I know Elton John, himself, would have definitely approved!
