✨ Aseneka Under The Electric Sky ✨
That officially marks 10 EDCLV’s in a row for me and 7 since the last one I attended. When I attended here last in 2016, I had no idea I was even going to work for insomniac and had no plans to do so. Since then, I’ve worked just over 200 shows with this company (yes, I actually kept track 🥲). I poured my heart and soul into this world fueled by my passion. To have had this experience, under the main EDC fireworks show, surrounded by my friends is an indescribable feeling. 🥹😭
What’s also crazy is I remember back in 2018 when I was full time as the Staffing Coordinator on the Customer Experience team here. It was only me, another coordinator and our manager when the idea of the Passport Program was brought to our team by Pasquale and the executives. We went on to hire the first Passport Coordinator to manage and develop the operation while I staffed the team and assisted them on-site during events. To have had this performance opportunity under something I contributed to creating is so cool! The ultimate full circle moment to close out the seemingly impossible journey. At long last, the storybook ending I’d always hoped for. Thanks for the memories Insomniac. ✌🏻
