In an effort to adopt a healthier lifestyle, and maybe save some money since the world has gone mad and the prices of meat are through the roof, we have been trying to work more meat-free meals into our rotation. We are by no means vegetarians, but I am learning to appreciate the simplicity of these recipes. Cutting out the meat doesn’t mean you have to cut out the flavor! How cute are those Unicorn Treat Pops (and the little face that is so proud of them)?! We had such a good time with this fun baking kit! Activities like this are so great to me, not only because I am a baker and love involving my girl in cooking, but also because I can build her confidence. As much as possible, I love to allow her to do things herself. Plus, Foodstirs is a “junk-free” company, so everything is organic and mama doesn’t have to feel guilty!
