Friends, I nailed it on my first day on the truck. It was really satisfying. There are few areas of improvement which I’ll surely try to address in the next event. My burgers were big hit. At the end of day I was I figured that I was overstocked by 30% on few items, some items were sold out, my portion sizes were really good. When I was almost done wrapping up a family stopped by and ordered for food, I culd have turned down that order however I was happy that I culd bring genuine smile on everyone’s face. To sum up the gist I enjoyed every moment and I can live on this edge for the rest of my life. Rasika, aayush, adway helped a lot and I believe this was truly a RAGA day.
