QUOTE POLICY

Dates and cake price quotes are held from the date of the quote or consultation until 14 business days thereafter.
If we do not receive a 1/3 deposit within 14 days, your date and quote may become unavailable.

PAYMENT POLICY

We require a 1/3 non-refundable deposit upon ordering to reserve your date and time.
The balance payment is due prior to pick up or delivery.
If you will not be at the delivery location at the same time scheduled for delivery, your payment must be made ahead of time.
Payments may be made by cash, or Venmo/ PayPal

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel within 7 business days' before order delivery date your order deposit will receive full refund.
However the 1/3 deposit required to place your order is non-refundable after this point.

DESIGN CHANGE POLICY

Minor changes may be made up to 5 days in advance.
Major changes in any order require at least 14 days advance notice.

PICK UP POLICY

If you elect to pick up and set up your cake, you assume all liability for the integrity of the cake once it leaves our possession.
