Corporate day for the lovely Sam it was a tad wet but that didn’t stop his family friends and work colleagues having great day with the ladies driving the golf carts round with their trollies full to the brim with refreshments for the lads 🍻🍾 a successful day starting with bacon rolls and chicken ballotine served with cream and tarragon sauce , and not forgetting my favourite little helper of the day 🤗.

The last Texas scramble at the golf club 47 homemade made steak pie 2 homemade vegetable pies and pan fried salmon with crushed new potatoes on a bed of creamy leeks followed by a treat from me of strawberry and chocolate ice-cream . 😊 Thank you @ St Audry’s for your continual bookings . It’s been an extremely busy few weeks in the Dolly bird kitchen Birthday celebrations 65th anniversary’s afternoon tea boxes , lots of buffets sit down dinners and a beautiful wedding blessing with my first ever vegan wedding cake a naked carrot chocolate and lemon sponge . Huge thank you to my staff for always working so hard and giving the best service . Love to you all and thank you for all the support 💖

So once a year we have the Fynn valley club golfers who I know very well from being a chef there before starting up Dollybird kitchen . They have the same meal a firm favourite of a past member who’s no longer with us . Homemade steak and kidney pie mashed potatoes mushy peas followed by traditional spotted dick pudding and custard . See you next year boys . ⛳️🏌️♂️🏌️♀️🏌️and a cute visit from my boys 🐾 💙

So I had the absolute pleasure to cater for a lovely couple on their wedding day with a Lunch of Lamb kofte kebab. maple and sesame seed chipolatas. Hunters chicken .Haddock & Salmon fish cakes served with garlic and rosemary roast potatoes .Roast beef Yorkshire puddings and a salad selection followed by an evening buffet. 🩷💒

Followed by my naughty chocolate brownies and if you’ve had my chocolate brownies you will know what I mean by naughty 😊 well done to Chelsea first time helping you did a fantastic job and Kay you are a legend 🩷 Thank you both .
