happy Saturday! The brides mom from the last wedding I worked shared this photo with me! This was in the morning - making sure we stayed on track w hair and makeup. Just wanted to hop on and say how much I truly love working weddings! 💍 I have an even deeper love for it now that I’m planning my own🤍. Happy planning to all the brides out there!!

what a busy weekend!! I didn’t get to do much behind the scenes since wedding days are so jam packed!! BUT I got to coordinate the morning of Emily & Ryan’s wedding on Saturday, June 4th! What an amazing day! 💍🤍 congrats to the Philippsen’s!

Overview of the day:
-grabbing Starbucks at 6:15AM for the Bride and MOB
-arriving to Brides parents house 6:45AM
-initiating make up/hair schedule at 7AM
-kept tabs on the alternating bridesmaids to ensure everyone had hair and make up done
-making sure the Bride was taking care of at every step
-assisting MOB with anything needed
-greeting the photographer and videographer and guiding them around the house for photo ideas and detail shots
-greeting the florist and discussing who each bouquet and boutonnière are for, as well as how the Bride should hold her bouquet
-simultaneously checking the timeline
-working with transportation on shuttle and limousine pick up, ensuring they got where they needed to be
-keeping everyone on time to ensure they got to the church
-ensuring first look with dad went to plan, and had a quick first look w bridesmaids
-making sure the brides bags, and any belongings were loaded into the limo for her
-assisting the bride into the limo
-following the limo to the church to ensure the same arrival time
-coordinating w the church coordinator once arrived
-still simultaneously checking the timeline and ensuring everyone is in the correct place
-lining up groomsmen and bridesmaids
-getting the Bride ready, fluffing her dress
-ensuring after the ceremony the Bride/Groom got their bubble exit and coordinated with the photographer and videographer to make sure they were set up to capture it
-ensuring after the bubble send off, that we got a photo with the entire church attendance and the bride and groom!
-making sure the bride/groom doesn’t need anything else before the contract was up!!

It was my pleasure to work this wedding!! Congrats again to the bride and groom! 🤍

an absolute beautiful bridal shower set up last month at Stevenson Ridge. The theme was “She found her main squeeze”. 🍋🍋💙💙. It’s all in the attention to detail; the yellow organza chair sashes, the blue goblet glasses, the clear charges with blue beaded design, the table numbers and frames, the floral centerpiece. It all came together beautifully on theme!

Had the most amazing day celebrating this bride to be! so excited to play a part in it! 🥰
