panzanella salad with vine ripened tomatoes, crisp cucumber,
olives, fresh basil, cubes of Italian bread tossed in fresh herbs and olive oil
Parmesan-crusted chicken saltimbocca with prosciutto and sage
vegetable torte with sautéed vegetables, basil, tomatoes,
topped with Parmesan cheese
Pandorato garlic flat bread - thin bread with roasted Black garlic , herbs and Parmesan
