Wanted to share this delicious recipe! Just tried it recently and already made twice! I love all of the healthy ingredients and my kids and hubby love it too!
There are NO leftovers!

Bump up your protein with this version of fried rice that swaps out rice for quinoa. If shrimp isn't to your taste you can use chicken.

I love how fast I can cook chicken in the RockCrok, took less than 15 minutes! Then I use the Salad Chopper to cut up the chicken for our nacho's!

Made this Chopped Salad recipe for my lunch today, sooo yummy! I did not include the pasta. The homemade dressing is delicious and made the chicken sooo juicy!

The first thing on my list to get next is the Cool & Serve Bowl shown in the picture below. Love that they will keep foods cool especially in the summer! There are 2 sizes, 2.5 quart and 1 quart.
