We are so thankful for all of you. Waiting in line at a festival or hiring us to be part of your special day, you are the reason we keep pushing on.

I’m especially thankful for our events team pictured here. They busy their tails each event to make sure everything is done correct. We could not be more thankful for you.

Tracey: My nickname for her is the machine. That’s what she is. She’s responsible for putting together all the dishes at our festivals and is a hell of a cook on her own.

Josh: you don’t see him much as he’s buried in the back by the smoker with me. My right hand man that’s a hell of a pitmaster on his own. He also keeps me in check 😀

Jacqueline Couldn’t not have someone better to be one of the faces of our group. She’s the reason your orders are perfect and if they aren’t she will make it right for you. She preps and makes sure we are all set and always pitching in wherever we need her

Amy - Mrs hottsmoke. What can I say about her. Not only is she a machine taking the orders and payments, she agreed to come along on this crazy ride with me and I wouldn’t want anyone else to do it with.

We are thrilled to announce that we will be back with the New England Free Jacks next year at all their home games. If you haven’t been, it’s much more than just a rugby game, it’s an event.

Come tailgate with us today Break Rock Brewing for football from 1pm to sellout. We’re going back to our upstate New York roots with our wings, homemade buffalo sauce and homemade blue cheese. Might as well do a buffalo chicken dip too 🤷‍♂️.

Come up Break Rock Brewing today 12-4 as we watch the bc Missouri game with ribs, sliders and nachos. BC is ranked for the first time in 6 years and they go into #6 Missouri.
