This photo speaks a 1000 words to me because Since the children have broken up I have tried to walk somewhere with them everyday! Yesterday I took Frazer & Poppy to the woods and we picked these stunning scented sweet peas & lavender. When we got home we cut them and put them on our stove and lit a candle……. It was was one of those & breathe moments. The satisfaction that I got from this was in abundance ..I’d say 100% in satisfaction! The kids loved picking them too! There little faces was a glorious picture because they knew I would love them. The Moral of this story is it doesn’t matter what money you have to do things with, sometimes you get the same if not more satisfaction out of something much more simple & guess what it’s for FREE. Who’s woken up thinking well I can’t really afford it but I’m going to take the kids to a theme park? Or to do something that’s advertised on the tv? Have you? Because I have done it time & time again! You have a fab day but then spend the next few weeks having to pay for it because we shouldn’t of really spent all that money in one day! I’m nearly 40 now & have only recently come to realise that sometimes the best things for feeling that same feeling of satisfaction does come for free! Try it today! Try and do one thing that wasn’t scheduled into your day! Even if it’s only for ten minutes, whether you think it’s silly or not. A walk , a piece of gardening that you just haven’t had them ten minutes to do. I guarantee to you! You will feel better! Happier that you took that ten minutes off just for you! Please let me know what you do! I would love to hear all of your stories with photos if possible! The story that I hear which touches me the most …. will receive a Stoneglow candle for free as a Thank you for listening & also sharing it with me! Have a great day. ### &ylangylang

A Sunday in August only means one thing. Weddings! It’s been such a long time due to the pandemic not doing any weddings or events that it’s actually been a breathe of fresh air being able to make these again the past few months! We’re making peoples days so special again & that just makes me feel so happy! We have two weddings today an Indian wedding in Chislehurst & one in south london . Indian weddings go on for days & sometime weeks… making sure at every party there are fresh flowers , fresh food and drinks … it was really lovely to take part in the family’s special day. The photos are all vibrant and really colourful … we can’t post yet but as soon as we can I will share with you all. What are you all up to this today? This weather could be a bit better /warmer … but that’s the good British summer really living up to its name. We’re going to chill later on. Probably a roast & a bottle of red. Hope you all have a magical Sunday!

We have taken our Bloxhams sign off our Sidcup shop now and put it into our new workroom at Chislehurst. Underneath was this beauty !!! Our beautiful florist has certainly had a rich history and has been a wonderful creative space , delivering flowers and providing joy to people for many years. Although Sidcup has now closed, our Chislehurst shop is about to get better than ever ! We are so excited for our new journey and to continue the Bloxhams legacy 💐🌷🌸
