Enjoy Yoga? Come along and join our Yoga Retreat on the March Equinox here in beautiful Cleobury Mortimer. 18th-20th March.

You can come for a day, 2 or a weekend. It’s about providing a calm environment to restore you, starting with sunrise salutations and ending with a healing and reflective fireside chill out.

You can enjoy as little or as many workshops as you wish, or even just curl up in a cosy quiet space with a book in between your favourite salutations and meditations.

We are so excited about our upcoming weekend retreat! A weekend of total relaxation, recovery and mindfulness.
