Vada Pav! A street food fave! My dad made these bad boys a couple of weeks ago and they did not disappoint! Spiced potato patties in soft white buns garnished with tangy, hot and sweet chutneys (garlic, coriander and tamarind) and served with kachumber salad, raita, onion bhajis and samosas! What a dinner!!
