Do not kill the innocent dogs and puppies. Use biological means to control the race if necessary. Give a helping hand to these innocent, lovable and loyal animals.It is a heinous crime to brutally kill the innocent dogs and puppies without any cause of theirs . People are so arrogant that they throw boiled water on these animals and thrash them mercilessly and make them lame . They enjoy the pleasure of this sight.Rich people should contribute for the welfare of these innocent dogs and puppies providing them with food , medicine and shelter.We should encourage the young generation to come forward and help these animals. They should be linked with the Veterinary hospitals so that they should co-operate and coordinate in this respect .
