Happy Birthday Sailor. I hope you had an awesome night. Her chess board was made from caramel cake, Vanilla caramel buttercream, caramel and covered in caramel white chocolate ganache and fondant. Yum!! 😋

Thanks James and Gail for trusting me with this gorgeous Art Deco creation, with a copy of Jame's antique radio made out of marshmallow, rice bubbles and chocolate. Cake was a gf marble mudcake with handmade cherry, raspberry Jam, covered in ganache and fondant. Very pleased how it turned out.

Well I have to say, I thought this cake would give me nightmares as Freddy terrified me as a child to this day! but it was super fun to create this impressive Five nights of Freddy cake. bottom layer is my delicious mudcake with ganache and the top layer was raspberry vanilla cake, raspberry buttercream and raspberries gel made from beautiful fresh raspberries from portland raspberries. love the raspberry blood drip.. All just so delicious 😋
