☀️Summertime Yoga

🗓️Every Saturday morning from 8:30-9:45am, join us for strength training and Yoga.

🌺If you love being surrounded by nature, this is your oasis. The beauty is everywhere and the views are spectacular.
🧘🏽‍♀️Class will consist of 20 minutes of strength training, followed by 40 minutes of a Vinyasa flow.

🏋🏽‍♀️Weights will be provided, but you can bring your own.

🧡Everyone is welcome, however please note this will consist of a more active practice.
