It was a very busy weekend but I was able to put up 28 packages of shredded zucchini and 8 packages of sliced out of 18 zucchini. It all only took me about 15-20 minutes to slice and shred with the help of these three amazing products. The coated Santoku knife, the scoop loop and the amazing Rapid Prep Mandolin! I love soup year around. and since Mother Nature seems confused this year at least in my part of the world soup is on our menu. I am hoping that we are headed in the other direction but, this is Wisconsin and winter can come back at any time. This recipe is an amazing combination of soup and Chicken Pot Pie. Our Chicken Pot Pie Chowder has everything you love about a traditional pot pie, but we swapped the pie crust for biscuits. Check out the recipe in the pictures and I'll share more information about the products used to create this delicious meal in my next post. Our version has half the calories, a third of the fat, and lower sodium than the ones you get in the freezer section. Who doesn't love the idea of comfort food without the consequences?

Hello everyone, I am Lori Hamill and Alissa is my Niece. I am fairly new to the Pampered Chef business but, have been a customer for many years. I have 3 grown children and 9 grandchildren. I am by no means a gourmet chef but, love to try new recipes and LOVE new gadgets so this is a great fit for me. I am hoping that as time goes on that I will acquire more skills in the kitchen and broaden our tastes.
