ARRO has a New Chairman and WOMZA Rally Promoter

It is with great pleasure that the ARRO Committee hereby wishes to announce that Wors Prinsloo will take over the role as ARRO Chairman as well as the WOMZA Promoter for Rally with immediate effect.

Wors has many years of experience in different facets of Motorsport and shares our moral values for what we as a Championship stand for.

We thank Wors for embracing this opportunity with passion and look forward to many more successful Championships under his reign.

Thank you Rinus Plomp - Racing Team Rinus Plomp for the Testimonial of your experience at the Rally this past weekend.

This past weekend we had the privilege to compete in the WRC Rnd 2 Lowveld Rally.

For this event Mari Ducasse was set to be in the navigators chair, and her direction was with out a doubt on point. Thank you Mari.

The rally stages were technical with amazing scenery, with views on every turn.

During the Pro-Log stage we overshot one turn, but had not made any major damages to the vehicle nor the stage.

Our first stage on Saturday we had a mechanical failure of a bearing in the gearbox. This however damaged it beyond repair at the event. We were out....

We continued supporting the Subaru Rally Challenge SA 's teams for the remainder of the day.

I would like to thank the management, directors, marshals and all the teams involved in creating this event,.....can't wait for the next event.
