I’m ready for a new updated introduction of myself!

My name is Mackenzi and I’m a new mama to the sweetest little baby boy Hayden James ✨ who just turned two months and I’m so in denial about it.
While I would love nothing more than to stay home for forever, I’m excited to get back to capturing more unique love stories 🫶🏽
My 2024 books are now opened!
As you all know, I’ve recently started filming weddings to build my portfolio, and I’m still looking to book more at a discounted rate!

I can’t wait to meet my new brides this year and looking forward to meeting even more next year!

Im really loving this whole wedding film thing 🥰
I honestly never pictured myself being in the wedding industry. I grew up wanting to be a NICU nurse and taking care of babies all day, but once it came to school, I wasn’t about it honestly. I ended up falling in love with the fitness industry, and I absolutely love it, but not enough to make it a career (let’s be friends!)
I took photography in Highschool and although I wasn’t that big of a fan, I was convinced to step into wedding photography by Drew at who was another mentor in my journey! And I ended up being influenced by his work to step into the film world.
I know practice makes perfect, and I have lots to continue learning, but I’m so glad I found my passion. I’ve fallen in love with capturing the love of others. It makes me excited to experience that same feeling on my wedding day someday ❤️

Over the last year, I’ve had the honor of standing by Abby’s side at Little Kings Media and learning all the in’s and out’s of filming weddings. I didn’t expect to film my own weddings, but there’s something about capturing a love story and creating a movie out of it 💛
I couldn’t be more thankful for Abby and all of the weddings she let me assist at!

Hi friends 🤍

I’m so excited to announce and take the risk of going full time with my photography business!! With that being said, and in honor of my precious baby boy due in less than 33 days, I want to celebrate with all of you!

Currently running a small promo until mid November!

I’m also expanding into videography and have filmed my first two weddings already! If any 2023 brides are not including videography into their budget but are willing to help me build my portfolio at a very low rate, I’d love to be your girl 🙂
All RAW footage will be provided + audio + and of course a highlight film of your big day!

captured my first wedding of the season a few weeks ago and it happened to be my first elopement as well right in the city of brotherly love ❤️
Brittany and Dane happened to be one of the first couples I got to shoot while building my portfolio to start my photography business and here we are almost a year later capturing their wedding day. It was such a bittersweet moment and I’m so beyond happy for them

With it being my first year of photography let alone owning my own business, it’s been such a tough time having an off season and not knowing what to do!! I had such a great time learning new things and traveling as well.

I’m so excited to get back into the swing of things as the busy wedding season starts picking up.
