Vinyl Party Vibes would like to thank you all for the love and support of the culture. After years of hosting our latest gathering was counted the most successful of all and that was all because of the love and support of the culture. Our followers really came out in numbers and they had a wonderful time. Salute to all the spinners for delivering what they promised our people🫡.

A special thank you to Parking-Lot Chisanyama for allowing us to stamp their ground for all these years and it's staff hosting our people with great pleasure.

The patience and support of our followers encouraged us to take things to the next level, the date of our next gathering will be announced on this platform so stay tuned.

Hector Pietersen also known as HEK06.16; A music lover and a collector born in Klerksdorp, South Africa 🇿🇦 but grew up in Mahikeng and spent his childhood there under the guardian of his grandmother, then relocated back to Klerksdorp to live with his mother in the middle of his high school era. Residentially based in Pretoria 🇿🇦.

He began his career as a DJ and now heʼs a music collector. His love for vinyls has been there since early childhood. His uncle used to collect records and that influenced him. Then, he was inspired to do a collection of his own.

HEK06.16 is a founder of Vinyl Party Vibes which is growing and getting enormous love and support from music lovers. His dream is to see more local DJs pressing their music production in records. Heʼs been encouraging the likes of Tahir Jones, Abdul Horus, to mention a few.

Event Artist Announcement

Tebogo Koetsi better known as TBG on the music industry, is a versatile DJ from Jouberton, Klerksdorp that plays both Vinyl and Digital. His love for house music started back in 1999 when he bought his first CD of Dj's At Work. His love grew more after he stumbled across the compilation CD of: Deep House Sounds Volume 1,mixed by the legendary Vinny Da Vinci.
He started attending music events were Dj's were playing live with vinyl. He started to grow fond of wanting to learn how to mix but had no equipments. He bought his first pair of turntables in 2002 and few vinyl records to learn to play and mix.
He plays different genres of music and he still collect and play on vinyl.
He journey on this music scene has got him sharing stage with the legendary djs.
He started a podcast of Black On White to share his musical experience with his followers. His wish now is to make vinyl format fashionable again by starting sessions of: I Have It On Vinyl

Event Artist Announcement!!!

Mongezi Magadla politely known as Nzo. He was raised in a musically inclined family in Kanana, Orkney. He started a collection of cassette music in the early 90’s.

During the period of 1999, Before he became a disk jockey he was influenced by Legend Molefi Levi’s 501 & Kamogelo DJ Que both of whom played at the Jagspreit Plaas event at Joeberton township. That was the night he fell in love with Analogue.

During the year 2000, He met a late friend and mentor Dj Nelson (Bona nite club)whom he taught how to use the analogue tables. He started to collect 2 vinyls a month.

He began to play all opening and closing sets at the club & events, he shared stages with Legendary spinners Positive K, Kanunu, Vinny da Vinci, DJ Monde, Christos, Levi’s 501, Thobs, DJ China, Oscar Warona, Goddard, Themba, Mbuso, Clive, Thys, Miggs, Glen Lewis, DJ Que, Nation, KG Smallz, Sf@te, Zino, Douglas Mosadi just to name a few.
He also played at the National Station (Motsweding FM, Lesedi FM and local community stations.

His style of music is Deep House,

The video clips where captured at the Deep House Indaba in YDE pub in Durban last friday(16 Dec) when he was playing alongside our special guest on our 2021 VPV Christmas event Brino-Soul, uncle Vinny Da Vinci joined them and "The Sniper" asked him to play few from his set.
