Indulge your taste buds this week with a culinary journey through our delicious menu! It will be pink salt + chilli’s last delivery this year, we will be back towards the end of January.
Savour the authentic flavours of Hanoi with our Bun Cha Hanoi, Bun Cha is served deconstructed with noodles, herbs, pork patties, pickled daikon and carrots with a dipping sauce on the side. Add some noodles to your bowl, tear some of the vegetables and herbs into bit size pieces, add a patty, swish everything around in the broth and enjoy! Repeat 😊

We’ve added a few customers favourites; relish the fusion delight of Cheeseburger Spring Rolls or opt for our famous hand-made Dumplings. You can now buy dumplings or spring rolls in bulk.

Pad Kra Pro definitely deserves the name of National Dish of Thailand. It’s definitely one of my favourites. The heart of Pad Kra Pro is the distinctive combo of thai basil, garlic and chilli, resulting in a both savory and spicy dish.

This week's ready to eat specials we're heading to Greece! Had requests for more Greek and Middle Eastern, amongst the Asian so here it is!

Traditional Greek roasted lemon garlic chicken with potatoes - This is a classic Greek dish known for its flavorful combination of lemon and garlic. The roasted chicken and potatoes will be tender and infused with these delightful Mediterranean flavours.

Spaghetti with garlic king prawns, dill and tomato combines the sweetness of king prawns with the aromatic garlic, dill, and tomato. It's a Mediterranean-inspired pasta dish that seafood lovers will enjoy. or vegetarian option of garlic roasted red peppers, chickpeas and feta.

I've been craving some Asian sticky pork or vegan option of Asian sticky tofu and mushrooms with greens and steamed rice this savory-sweet glaze makes it irresistible, and it pairs perfectly with steamed rice.

Spiced lamb, pinenuts and currants or spinach and cheese spring rolls - delicious fusion of Mediterranean and Asian flavors.

This weeks specials are Nikujaga with Shirataki noodles and Kung Pau Chicken with steamed rice. Both have vegan options!

Karaage (Japanese Fried chicken) is back! A rich moist and truly lush chocolate mud cake for dessert.

NIKUJAGA - Japanese stew with the two main ingredients are niku (meat) and jagaimo (potatoes), Nikujaga (肉じゃが) literally means “meat and potatoes”. It is an iconic Japanese home-cooked dish, known as “Ofukuro no Aji” – the taste of a mother’s cooking. For many, nikujaga is an honest-to-goodness comfort food.

KUNG PAO - also known as Gong Bar or Kung Po is a spicy, stir-fried Chinese dish made with chicken, peanuts, vegetables and a hint of Sichuan. It's tangy, sweet, salty with a touch of heat.

Everyone is feeling the huge impact of rising costs in their shopping trolley. Everyone is talking about the cost of this, the cost of that with prices increasing every single week!

We hear you! We work hard to change the menu regularly, keep prices reasonable, provide servings that are value for money and most importantly that delicious factor! This week we're introducing some budget meals - cheaper and slightly smaller servings but still delicious with all the little extras.

It's Damo's birthday so birthday boy gets his request for Osso Buco!

We've got a mix of Italian, Chinese and Indian this week.

Crispy parmasan, rosemary polenta chips with garlic aioli, house spring rolls for entree options.

Life gives you lemons in July so let's make crispy lemon chicken with steamed rice and garlic beef with broccoli. Always offering vegetarian options with salt and pepper tofu.

Dessert was a smash hit last week for a friend's birthday salted caramel cheesecake.

CHRISTMAS IN JULY! We love a celebration so why not! Pull out and dust off some decorations and get in the festive spirit this July. Choice of: Pork, Turkey or Meatloaf (V) served with roast potatoes, pumpkin, carrots, peas, condiments - spiced apple or cranberry sauce, lush gravy and bread roll! Dessert is sticky date pudding with brandy custard.

According to legend and fun fact, Christmas in July was first celebrated at a summer camp in 1933, when Keystone Camp in Brevard, N.C. decided to dedicate two days (July 24 and 25) to the holiday—complete with cotton fake snow, a decked-out tree, a gift exchange, and, of course, Santa.

It's July and our coldest month! July 21 delivery will be celebrating CHRISTMAS IN JULY!

Bring on the curries.... Massaman beef and potato curry, chicken Vietnamese curry or our Indian potato curry with mustard seeds and curry leaves to get you through the month.

Birria tacos are just delicious, a traditional Mexican dish which originated in the state of Jalisco, Mexico and are typically made with slow-cooked, tender and flavorful meat, traditionally goat or lamb, although beef or other meats can also be used. The meat is marinated in a rich blend of spices, including chili peppers, garlic, cumin, and Mexican oregano, resulting in a complex and aromatic flavor profile.

The standout feature of birria tacos is the consommé, a flavorful broth that the meat is cooked in. The meat is often shredded or chopped and then served on corn tortillas, along with onions, cilantro, and sometimes melted cheese. The tacos are typically dipped or lightly fried in the consommé, giving them a rich and savoury flavor. Build your own, eat them soft or pop them into a pan/sandwich maker to crisp them up and ensure the cheese is gooey and melts.

There is nothing quite like immersing yourself in the world of vegetables, particularly from Yotam Ottolenghi's perspective! In this version, we've added tofu and feta cheese to the stuffing, with a hint of Indian mango pickles mixed in for a touch of spice.
