I am a 23yr old mother of 2 and just graduated from college. This is a small business I created on my own to create balloon decor for all your events and special needs! I also provide different stands, signs, backdrops and options available for rent! Custom signs such as name signs can be ordered as well for you to keep after your event. I service the high desert, Los Angeles, Moreno Valley, San B
