We have been loving our new sensory lights at relaxation time, and so have our Totstars 😍

Our sensory lights are used to promote relaxation and to stimulate the senses, they reduce anxiety, leaving us all in a better mood…and they’re soooo pretty 🤩

PJ week came to a close in Broughty Ferry yesterday- now while the aim was to promote calm and contentment, the older class had other plans 🤣

We had a right good hoogch and a choogch at a care home today 💃🏻

The old classics were belted out by the residents, we played, clapped and boogied along-SO.MUCH.FUN was had!!

Check Jill’s happy wiggle on the way out 🤣 But seriously, that’s how our job makes us feel, we hope you all feel the same 😁🙌🏻

It takes a village!

This photo, from our first live show last year, reminds us that we are so lucky to have friends and family who are always ready to muck in and make things happen, when we need them 🫶🏻

Even the kids, are forever being brought along to sessions, parties, classes and shows- this trully is a family run business, and our friends are the family we chose ❤️

So this is a shout out to you all!! We love and appreciate you all 🙌🏻
