URGENT REQUIREMENT FOR OPERATIONS MANAGER
Manage overall operations and is responsible for the effective and successful management of labour, productivity, quality control and safety measures as established and set for the Operations Department. Ensure safe and efficient operations. Serve as a company representative on regulatory issues. Enhance the operational procedure, systems and principles in the areas of information flow and management, business processes, enhanced management reporting and looks for opportunities to expand systems. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company's policies and applicable laws.
Responsibilities may include interviewing, selection and hiring; training new and existing employees; planning, assigning and directing work; authoring and discussing with employee’s performance appraisals; addressing employee performance and corrective action plans; employee motivation and rewards. Organizing the budget of the company in collaboration with the director.
Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering 3-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures. Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Perform a variety of tasks. Lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to top management. Directly manages and directs Operational staff.
Education qualification: Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical or Electrical)
Nationality: preferably Indian (Iqama Transferable)
Salary package: 5000+ SAR including food allowance + company accommodation & Transport.

URGENT REQUIREMENT FOR STOREKEEPER / FOREMAN
Qualification:
- minimum 2-3 work experience as a Storekeeper or Warehouse In charge
- has knowledge on civil, mechanical and industrial materials.
- well organized and prompt
- basic Knowledge in computer and inventory software
- applicants must be in Saudi and ready to join
- Managing the Floor Loading and Unloading Area
- Managing Manpower
- Planning manpower based on the requirement
Nationality: preferably Indian (Iqama Transferable)

URGENT REQUIREMENT FOR SALES AND OPERATIONS SUPPORT & DOCUMENT CONTROL STAFF
Document filing and update all registers with latest information.
Ensure that all paper / electronic documents are filed to facilitate easy retrieval / referencing.
Coordinate all activities related to sales, delivery and invoicing
Review completeness of documentation and prepares documents transmittal.
Provide assistance to sales team.
Arranging all documents for the meetings, preparing report and Follow up emails
Follow Company procedures maintaining transparent, up-to-date and easily traceable documents.
Candidate must have Good Communication skills with strong knowledge of MS Office
education qualification: Any Degree, freshers preferred

ACCOUNTANT
* Should have working Knowledge in ERP
* Day to day accounting of Purchases, sales, Assets etc..
* Handling vouchers and reconciliation.
* Responsible for reconciling PO's, monthly closing reports & MIS Reports.
* Must have good Working knowledge on MS Excel.
* Must have good communication skills & analytical skills.
education qualification: Any Degree related to commerce (Bcom, BBA of any)

URGENT REQUIREMENT FOR SHOWROOM SALES EXECUTIVE
Required Skills:
Good communication skill in English, Hindi & Arabic (Working Language)
Building material product knowledge
Basic computer skills to work in ERP
Minimum 2year experience in building material showroom is a must
Scope of Job:
To provide proper Customer Service and maintain the Customer Relation.
Handling Customer order.
Handling Replenishment of Stock and proper Inventory Management.
Maintaining Floor Display as per our norms.
Take active part in Achieving Sales Target.
Must have Saudi Driving License
Nationality: preferably Indian
Iqama transferable only.
Salary package: 2500 SAR + incentive (as per the company policy)
