Who needs Shark week? We are bringing you Shark Month here in July. With the Bull Shark already released and the Monte Python on Monday, Wednesday will be the release of the Punisher, but wait, there is another release for dirt oval the following week.

July 10th - Bull Shark

Monday noon -Monte Python (1rc street stock)

Wednesday noon - Punisher (dirt oval)

Wednesday July 24th noon - ???? (dirt oval)

Monday July 29th noon - ????

Redemption 4.0 recap. We want to thank all the racers that showed up to win 10k!! If it wasn’t for you guys it wouldn’t happen.

We arrived Thursday afternoon and set the track up with Red Beard Racing. It was looking to be a good surface and event.

Friday morning we woke up to rain. We got everyone packed in and once the rain stopped we started on track drying and cleaning. As we were doing this we were noticing that further up the track was dry and way easier to maintain. We called a racers meeting and voted on moving the track up. All the racers agreed and we moved it forward. Testing started late and was showing how new the concrete was. An a to b tune off the trailer wasn’t going to cut it. The racers worked hard to turn around their cars to try and build grooves as I moved the cones every pass. We unfortunately had to cancel the fast 16 race due to the limited amount of testing.

Saturday was race day. We had 2.5 hours of testing and everyone was getting down. The track was very tricky and definitely a tuners track. Saera was on her own this race and it was a big stepping stone for her. She went out first round but it was a huge win for her. She literally did everything by herself minus the time I saw Rc Corvette helping her clean tires. Thank you JB! We got valuable data and came out of Redemption 4.0 with our heads held high. She will be coming in strong next race out I promise.

Congratulations to the winners Tom Rockwell and Justin West for their wins.

We tried some different things this year and learned a lot. Once again thank you to the racers for making it a great event!

1.25 days left until the biggest RC Drag Weekend ever! We are excited to see our RC friends and family and wish everyone safe travels. If you are not going to Redemption 4.0 or 419 Summer Slam, you are going to miss out on two epic Drag Events!

Attention in the Pits! We have been getting a lot of questions about trailer piting. You can pit out of your trailer in the RV/Trailer pit area marked in yellow. Yes it is grass but it has been manicured all year. Regular pits will be behind the vendors and track marked in red.

We may have to flip the track so the only thing that moves is the GA pits and vendors to the west side. VIP pits and RV/Trailers won’t change.

We also want to let everyone know that with the weather please remember that we do have Sunday if we have to extend to an extra day due to weather or huge turnout. Our goal as always is to be done Saturday by dark.
