Finally made to the weekend! Weekends are for relaxing and spending time with family, unless your a florist and most of your work is on the weekends 🌻 No rest for the Willow Haven crew. The Willow Haven Fam was in Hawaii!!! We had a few open weeks in our bookings and decided to take advantage of it to spend some time with our family. Never forget to stop and spend time with the ones we work so hard for. Mahalo!!!

Here’s a little something to end the first day of SPRING on a bright note. We had a lot of fun on this one. All the flowers were sourced local from less than 100 miles of the studio and the greenery was from our ranch. If you look close you can see the mini magnolia bloom on the left side of the arrangement.

Happy FRIDAY!!! It’s finally here and it feels so good. It’s been a long and crazy week. We’re in downtown LA today scouting out a location for our first styled shoot. We are super excited to be working on this project and to be coming out with more creative content for you guys. Keep an eye out for stories and IGTV for more behind scenes footage.

TBF? That’s a thing right?
Here’s to the weekend and to the wedding that started it all. After an all nighter and a pot of coffee later we had pulled of our first wedding as a new business. I doubted myself the entire time, stressing to make sure that what we were doing was the right thing. Comparing myself to other florist on Instagram that have been doing this for over 25 years. Sometimes life pulls you in directions that you never thought of. I never thought I would be a florist but here I am 13 years, 2 recessions, and a pandemic later and loving everyday.

Monday’s are for meetings.
We thought today would never end but somehow I found peace between the zoom meetings and conference calls by scrolling through the flower album in my phone lol it’s a busy week for Willow Haven Flower Co. hopefully finalizing our LLC, meeting with a bride on Friday for a ceremony site walk though and shopping for some vintage glass for another article in the works. We’ll be posting photos of all our adventures this week so keep an eye out for those. Have a great week everyone!!!
