We are selling just a few pieces of equipment as we close things. This is a brand new, still in the box L-bar Sealer with a roll of sealer shrink roll film. This would be great for not only food items, it would be great if you needed/wanted to shrink wrap anything you needed to ship or take to a pop up sale.
We paid $1,300 and are asking $1000. If you or someone you know could use this at their business or home let me know

Happy New Year to each and every one of you!! As some of you know, 2023 brought some major challenges in our household but we found out in October that a granddaughter was on the way. I have always planned on keeping my grandchildren if circumstances allowed. We have talked and prayed in order to find a way for me to keep cooking on a regular basis and give 4 days a week to our grandbaby. Finally Matthew Samuels looked at me and said “Braley, you can do both, but you won’t do either one of them well.” He is 100% correct. So I am going to take this beautiful opportunity I’ve been handed. We are sad to announce that we will no longer have coolers or freezers in the pharmacies. We will leave them in place for now in order to sell the stock that is in the freezers. This decision has NOT come easily. However, being able to care for our Eliza Jane is a gift I’m so so grateful for. This business has meant more to me than I can express. I’ll always be working and creating in the kitchen and you never know where I’ll pop up next. All my love and gratitude!!!

This week we will not be stocking fresh dinners in our coolers. We will be working on some special orders for Christmas. We do have a good selection of dinners in the freezers and you are sure to find something for your family!! We still have a few Large size Chicken and Dressings in the freezer at Bubbas. If you need to to take a dish to Christmas dinner, go grab one while you can!! We hope you all have a Merry Christmas. We will be spending much needed time with family during the next couple of weeks. We pray your families will make wonderful memories over the next few weeks. Merry Christmas from our family to yours, and we hope 2024 brings you blessing upon blessing!!

Congratulations to our winners from the last 2 weeks. I realized that I was a week behind. Congratulations to Sandra Johnson and Edwina Segrest. This week we don’t have a regular menu. We do have a few chicken tetrazzini or we have 2 dessert options, my Peanut Butter Pie or my Chocolate Fudge Eclair Dessert with Salted Caramel Drizzle. Just let me know which you would like and we can arrange a day and time for you to grab your prize!!

On this weeks menu we have
1. Poppyseed Chicken- well just call this dish Ole Reliable

2. Chicken Alfredo- my own Alfredo sauce with shredded chicken and penne pasta

3. Beef Stroganoff

4. Baked Burrito- my beef and bean burrito mix layered with flour tortillas and cheddar cheese. We top it with a little white queso and some more cheddar. Yum!!

5. Meat Lovers Pizza Bake- pepperoni and sausage in our marinara sauce. We toss in some mozzarella and mix in ziti pasta. It’ll be hit at your table

We are back on a regular schedule and will have our coolers loaded up to help you get through a busy holiday season. Here’s what we have for you this week
1. Poppyseed Chicken- it’s southern comfort food at its best!! Shredded chicken in a cream sauce with fluffy white rice. It’s a people pleaser for sure!!
2. Chicken Spaghetti- shredded chicken in our cheddary cheese and Rotel tomato sauce. It’s mixed with angel hair pasta and topped with mozzarella. Delish!!!!
3. Beef Stroganoff- seasoned ground beef in a creamy stroganoff sauce mixed with egg noodles and topped with just a little cheese.
4. Cheeseburger Macaroni- this is our red meat sauce layered with cheddar elbow macaroni and a blend of cheddar and mozzarella. It’s a favorite with the kids(but grown ups love it too)!
5. Braley’s Beef Vegetable Soup- stay warm on the cold nights this week with a quart(or 2) of our hearty soup/stew. It’s got seasoned ground beef, carrots, peas, corn, green beans, diced tomatoes, and small shell pasta. All you need is some cornbread or a peanut butter and honey sandwich!! You know how they did it in elementary school!!

If you went by Bubbas or Beauregard Drugs you noticed that we didn’t stock them this morning. My crew and I all needed a weekend off to rest after preparing all the Thanksgiving dishes. We are already planning our menu for next week and we are excited that it’s finally cool enough to bring you some soups!! I also know that I will have 2 winners for dishes next week and I will announce those names a little later this week. We hope you all had a great holiday and we appreciate y’all so much much!! See you next week.

It’s only fitting that we take time this week to let you, our customers, supporters, and community know how very thankful we are for you. This business was born out of a desire to help moms, dads, friends and families spend more quality together all while putting a delicious home style dinner on the table. So please know that when our family lists the MANY things we are thankful for, you are at the top of the list!!! So from our growing family to yours……. Happy Thanksgiving!!!!!

If you need Thanksgiving sides for 1 or 10, we can help you out!! Our coolers at Bubbas have large, mediums and smalls of our chicken and dressing. There are also hashbrown casseroles, corn pudding( it’s supposed to be sloshy before you bake it). There are also a couple of our balsamic and bacon green beans and our pumpkin crunch cake(get the whipped cream). Remember you can also freeze it for Christmas!! Happy Thanksgiving from our family to yours!!

Happy Thanksgiving week 2023!! This week we had some special orders to work on this week so we will not have our usual stocking of the coolers on Monday. We may have a few items to put in the coolers on Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning. I will definitely post when and what I put in the cooler. This week when we give out thanks and count our blessings, you will be counted!! Thank yall from the bottom of our hearts!!

1. Poppyseed Chicken
2. Chicken Taco Casserole- shredded chicken in a cream sauce with Rotel tomatoes, black beans and whole kernel corn. It’s layered with flour tortillas and cheddar cheese
3. Zesty Italian Chicken- garlic seasoned chicken in a delicious cream sauce seasoned with zesty Italian spices. It’s got ziti pasta and plenty of mozzarella cheese
4. Chicken Divan- shredded and broccoli in a tangy sauce. It’s got cheddar cheese and I add egg noodles. We top it off with more cheddar and Ritz crackers.
5. ChiliMac- my very own chili recipe paired with cheesy elbow macaroni. Just what you need on these cooler nights
6. Baked Spaghetti- it’s my tried and true recipe

7. Homemade Mac and Cheese- if your folks love a good Mac and cheese here’s one they’re sure to like. Since this is just a side, mediums are $15 and smalls are $10. We hope you like it.

1. Poppyseed Chicken- this one is great comfort food. Shredded Chicken in a delicious sauce with white rice. It’s just the right meal to put on your table this week.

2 White Cheese Chicken Lasagna- this is my very own recipe of my savory chicken in the perfectly seasoned sauce. It’s layered with lasagna pasta and lots of cheese. Grab on for you and/or a friend!!

3. Chicken Parmesan- breaded chicken on a bed of
angel hair pasta it’s smothered in my “Whoa, that’s good!” red sauce. Lots and lots of cheese tops it off. Ding Ding Dingif this is on your table, you’re the dinner winner!!

French Onion Chicken and Rice- seasoned shredded chicken in a creamy rich sauce full of French Onion flavor. It’s mixed with white rice and topped with mozzarella, Ritz crackers AND crunchy French fried onions. If you like onion, this may be your new favorite!!

Chicken enchilada and rice- this is a gluten free option for those who eat gluten free!!!
Savory chicken with whole kernel corn mixed with a yummy enchilada sauce and rice. It’s topped with cheddar cheese and it’s so so good!!

Cheesy Taco Bake- this is one of our best sellers. Ground beef in a nacho cheese sauce with Rotel tomatoes, pinto and black beans it’s layered with flour tortillas and lots of cheddar.

Chicken Alfredo- our seasoned shredded chicken in my rich Alfredo sauce with penne pasta and mozzarella cheese.

Guess what??? This weeks dessert comes in 2 different sizes. The medium round is $15 and we made a small size for $10. If you want to just give it a try, you can without worrying you will have a lot left over!! AND……… it freezes beautifully!!! You can even eat it straight from the freezer if your folks l prefer a “frozen” dessert. There are still a few left atBubba's Medicine Shop. I’m not sure about Beauregard Drugs, Inc.
