February on the farm🫶🏻
February is an interesting time of year for a flower farmer.
Interesting in the way that it’s the in between of winter and spring. There’s a lot to do to prepare for the spring and the coming season, but it also feels like I’m just in a waiting stage for when the beautiful spring flowers decide to show their shining faces.
There is so much going on behind the scenes with taking care of plants, planning for the season, and so much more. All the baby plants that will bloom in the spring need lots of care through the variable weather.
And then there’s also Valentine’s Day. One of the biggest floral holidays. It’s only 9 days away! Which is so exciting yet also overwhelming. I am so grateful for everyone who has placed an order so far and so excited to have flower deliveries again after a cold winter!
