I remember gathering bunches of flowers into little cones I'd made of paper and string when I was a little girl. Then, I'd hang them onto neighbors' door k***s, ring the bell, run and hide. :) It was so fun to sneak a peak to watch their reactions to my little May Day surprise.

Now that tulips are done, it's a little sparse on the flower front around here. A few anemones are budding up as well as a few ranunculus. Not quite enough to bunch up and take to Nampa Farmers Market this Saturday, though. We'll miss seeing your smiling faces!

I will announce on Facebook when our next day at market will be. :)

In the meantime, I hope you enjoy my little May Day posie. 😍

Today's the day! I'm transplantating sweetpeas along last year's tomato trellis. They are going to smell so divine!

Making soil blocks today for sowing eucalyptus. If all goes to plan, we'll start harvesting late summer!
