It’s been a while!!! I keep saying I’m going to be more active with posting and I keep letting myself down 😢, but this is the start!
Recently we’ve been hitting the kitchens and doing tasters for some lovely couples’ weddings, and this dish has made an appearance. This is a braised lamb shank on a pea and mint risotto finished with fresh thyme and lamb dripping sauce. It’s so so tasty one of my all time favourite dishes to cook👌👌

I finished work for Christmas so I've been getting ahead of the game, today I'm baking ham and bread, tomorrow is gravy and veg prep making Christmas day easy and meaning we can spend more quality time with the fam as we've been short of that this year.

The ham is glazed with cider, pineapple and marmalade and I'm so excited for it 👌👌😍😍.
