Save the Dates 📅
Send out save-the-date cards 6-8 months before the wedding.
📬 This allows guests ample time to make travel arrangements and adjust their schedules, especially for destination weddings. Pro Tip: Include your wedding website on the save-the-date so guests can get additional details early on. This minimizes questions and makes the planning process smoother for everyone involved.

As the year draws to a close, I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to all the beautiful brides (and grooms) who entrusted ESVA Wedding Planner with their special day. Your trust means the world to me, and being part of your journey was an honor beyond words.

A colossal thank you also goes out to the incredible vendors who made magic happen this year! Your collaboration and dedication elevated each wedding, creating unforgettable moments.

This year was a whirlwind of joy, orchestrating 9 successful weddings—more than double the number from last year. It's a testament to hard work, dedication, and the incredible support I've received along the way.

Reflecting on this journey, I'm immensely proud to say that ESVA Wedding Planner is self-made. Every success and milestone achieved in these two years is a result of passion, perseverance, and the amazing community around me.

Behind the Scenes:
What your wedding coordinator does that YOU have no idea about: 😮

1. We are the point person of communication for everyone involved in the wedding. This means if ANYONE has questions they go to us and not you!
2. We handle all issues! Ex: cake not arriving, no power source for band, etc.
3. You don’t have to get your dinner. It’s already plated (by yours truly) and waiting for you at your sweetheart table.
4. Keep you ON TIME! This is so important. Even if you consider yourself a punctual person, we will give you a heads up. “20 min til your bouquet toss”

Hey there! 👋🏻 For those of you who don’t know who I am, I wanted to take some time to introduce myself: Hi! I’m Megan. Although I’m from Maine, I consider the Eastern Shore my home, having grown up here.

I am a wedding planner and day of coordinator. I really do love all things wedding! 💒💕
