This week we'll be taking a break from a busy catering season to talk barbecue and run a couple of demos for our friends and . Sessions at 10am and 2pm at the new Butler store. We'll be talking through how to cook a variety of things, and you get to eat the results!

Nathan and I are hugely honoured to have Perth BBQ Co voted as a finalist in this year's Australasian Barbecue Alliance Catering Operation of the year, amongst some of Australia's top BBQ catering companies.

It was truly an amazing surprise. We love sharing our Barbecue with all those who have booked us for events, weddings and functions. We look forward to another great year doing something we are incredibly passionate about!

When your side game is just as strong as the meat options. Smoked Mushrooms, Smoked Eggplant, our Beetroot and Feta Salad along with Creamy Cheesy Mac & Cheese. Always a winner!!!

Huge weekend for us at the Chidlow BBQ Festival and Chidlow Log Chop. We picked up:

- 1st place sausage
- 2nd place Pork
- 2nd place Brisket
- 4th place Ribs
Plus
2021 Grand Champion!

Amazing work by the team - this was our first major competition in 18 months, and a great experience and result. Now for some well needed rest. 😴
Thanks to everyone who came by and said hi and sampled some of our food during Chidlow Choice. Hope to see you again soon!

Wow! Well as 2020 comes to an end we thought it would be best to reflect on the year that was!

Like most businesses we were concerned about the impact of Covid on our industry and what we do, but the love and support from everyone has been truly humbling. Once the lockdown lifted we have been go go go!! So we want to thank each and every one of you who contacted us for your events.

We have an action packed 2021 planned with lots of bookings for weddings, parties, functions, demos and corporate events. The love and support we have received from our clients, friends and family has really been what has seen us through this year.

To our suppliers, a big thank you for all you do! We know this year has been incredibly tough to continue to deliver the quantities and quality we need, and we appreciate all you have done to keep up with supplying the best.

A massive thank you to our partners who put up with all the craziness that running a low and slow catering company entails. Often dealing with mess and general chaos, and of course losing us for a weekend while we BBQ for events. Without you we wouldn’t be able to do what we do!

We look forward to an amazing 2021 celebrating with all of you at your special events. 🔥🍻
