Brandon and Bobby have been cooking together for 18 months, and have over two decades combined experience cooking for people. Both of us have a desire to provide nutritious, delicious food, without compromising dietary requirements. Brandon is a Canberra Based Chef, having worked in some of the busiest venues in Kingston and Civic, and has brought his talent and techniques to the Goulburn market.

Bobby has been catering for groups and friends, with a direct focus on dietary needs. She is passionate about baking, and delivering exceptional Gluten-free baked goods direct to you. With Pre-made Meals, Baked Goods and Catering options available, We are more than happy to create a package suited perfectly for you. No dietary requirement is too large. We know you are keen and eager to sink your teeth into a GF cinnamon scroll or salad sandwich on fresh GF seedy bread. We know some of you are looking forward to coming home from work and simply heating up dinner without having to do the "what's for dinner?" dance!

And for our part, we are eager for you to be doing these things! From the outside it may look like we haven't made much progress. Rest assured, this is not the case.

We are hunting for a commercial premises to set up operations and we have started the DA process (we can hear the sighs from here 😉). As is the way with the BTeam, we like to be a bit different and don't fit nicely into boxes on paperwork, but we're working on it.

Thanks in advance for your patience. We are looking forward to officially kicking off...when it happens! In the meantime, we welcome any requests or suggestions on what you've been missing on a gluten free diet.

One of the things we have heard most often since we first started baking has been, "Why are all the gluten-free breads so terrible?"

Our Kinda-White loaf of bread is pretty amazing, Even if I am a bit biased. It has bite like a sourdough, but without the 90hr wait.

A part of our idea is to make some damn good bread. And, well damn, we made some bread.

Featured here is a crusty white loaf, albeit a little short for our liking, but this is why we test it.

In front is a cheeky little burger bun, amazing the night of baking, as good a few days later with a good toast.

Soon to be one of our staples, and as Brandon says, "I'm not a baker, but I make a damn good dough"

BTeam Catering are a couple of Goulburn locals with a passion for cooking food for friends and family. Bobby and Brandon have over two decades of cooking experience between them, drawing from many cultures and techniques to create appealing and appetizing food.

BTeam Catering creates ready-made meals for busy professionals, active families, and anyone else who needs a hand with nutritious and delicious food, with a focus on Dietary Requirements and Allergies. We are working on baked goods that feel as good as glutenous items, without the upset stomach on the other side of a tasty snack.

Bobby and Brandon are both Gluten-free, which made the decision to open a Gluten-free kitchen and company an easy choice. We are both massive foodies and enjoy going out to eat, sampling different cuisines and finding new flavours to work with. We want to provide gluten-free options beyond that which is mass produced and readily available at supermarkets, instead creating products that are of a standard we would be happy to serve in any restaurant.

Brandon is a Canberra based chef, who started his apprenticeship creating Fine Dining meals, before moving on to working as a Breakfast chef and Corporate caterer for many venues in the Kingston area. During that time, he created relationships with multicultural restaurants and endeavoured to learn as much as he could about the different cultures, their foods, and their techniques.

Bobby learned to bake as a young child with her Nanna and has further honed her cooking abilities through her hobbies, being involved with kitchens that range vastly in cuisine types, cooking techniques and dietary requirements. With no formal training, she has created some spectacular food and served hundreds of people at a time.

Our website is still under construction and we are awaiting council approval before commencing trade. As we move closer to the Business Launch, we will have an ordering system, pricings, and more options for you to choose from. Until we have the website working, the best way to contact us is through our Social Media or via Email. We are happy to discuss how our service can best suit you and answer any questions you may have.
