Congratulations Coach Paul Kennedy and Under 14s Team Clare , had a phenomenal tournament in Tralee host by St. Brendan's Basketball Club Tralee.
Our Girls has three impressive wins in their group stage, getting wins against fantastic clubs Tralee Magic,Malahide and St Brendan’s(2).
Facing off against our neighbours Limerick Celtics Basketball Club in the Semi Finals and getting the Win.
Malahide in the finals and again our fantastic Girls came out with the win 🏀

Exciting times ahead for this team. An nail biting A league semi-final against a talented Clare Comets Basketball Club, saw KBC come out on top. Our boys played with heart, determination and great athleticism. This gets them to the league final and also secures their place in the All Ireland Club Championships in Gormanston. Co Meath in April. They are nearly as proud of themselves as their coaches are of them. Thanks so much lads. Ye are mighty 🎊👏👏👏🏀🏀🏀

**UNDER 14s CLARE TEAM BOYS 2024**
Good news: a Team Clare (ie a combined team of players currently playing in the Clare U14 league) will take part in the annual UL Easter Monday inter-regional tournament in UL Arena on Monday April 1st, featuring some of the top talent in the country.
It is obviously a great opportunity for some of our players to play with and against the best players the country has to offer and represent the county.
Jan Perdersen of Boru Blazers and Paul Tarrant of Cascaders, who coached the Clare inter-regional U14 team last season, will support this team.

We will be having our first training session next week, Wed 17th of Jan in St. Flannan's Ennis. (6-8pm)

Realistically only players who are starting with their club and-or have legitimate claims to believe they’re among the top 25-30 players in the county should go forward.
The players must be available to travel to UL Limerick on the 1st April, for the all day event.

The lads who particpated last year really enjoyed the preparation sessions and their day out in Limerick.

We plan to have atleast 6 collective sessions before we head to Limerick in April, with the best 12-14 players.
Obviously a project like this will involve your co-operation and collaboration.

We are asking each club coach to nominate players:
(Approx 5 best players from A league teams and if appropriate 2 players from the D league team Abbey & Warriors who don't have an A team, where you feel individuals are strong.)
It's only 2 hrs a wk every 2nd week for 6 wks, that we're asking the lads to prioritize and turn up for Clare.
Can I ask each Club coach, to send me the list of interested players and parent contact details by end of day Monday 15th Jan.

€5 on trial night, in parallel we will be reviewing at CABB how the Clare programme is supported for the balance of the season and into the future.
