With the City of Ponca City now making our venue unable to accommodate cannabis we are like previously announced making this a tattoo show. HOWEVER!!! Our cannabis cup will still go down we are just getting the chance to announce the details.

We will start taking samples for all categories on May 1st. All samples have to be metric compliant.
Flower:
7g’s per sample.
Concentrates:
2.5 grams per sample
Edibles:
7 servings per entry
Carts:
7 carts per entry
Prerolls:
7 per entry
Topicals:
2.5 g’s per entry

Our show is totally free. We are here to only bring the best medicine in our state to the consumers and recognize greatness.

Our judging is done completely anonymously. The judges only know if it’s Indica/Hybrid/Sativa. No names, no paperwork, just the product and the judges. We record the judging process and make it available with times in recoding where your products were judged. We will begin judging weekly from May 15th thru June 15th. Entries will be accepted until June 10th.

10th circuit court has changed the regulations of our event center so we will not have a medical card usage area at our May 5-7 Ponca City show. HOWEVER….. our cannabis cup participates will be able to bring their wonderful medicine for display and advertising purposes. We will be giving these booths away until they are gone. May 5-7 in Ponca city!!

Super excited about our Ponca City show May 5-7!! Booths and on sale now!! Early bird special ends Feb. 1st. Early bird booths for tattoo and cannabis booths are 450.00 for 10 x 10, or 800.00 for two booths. We have an outdoor cannabis area with limited space availability as well. February 1st booths are 500.00 each. Vendor booths price vary, contact us for info. Gonna be an amazing show!!!

Booths are 500.00 for an interior booth.
If you get an indoor booth and want a booth in the smoking area it is 750.00. You can only get an exterior booth in smoke area with an interior booth.

Sponsorship packages

1000.00: This level includes two booths as well as recognition on our social media sites, and mentioned during the show.

2500.00: This level includes everything from the 1000.00 level plus two more booths. Your logo on our social media sites as well as our website. You get a banner that will be featured in the show. You will receive all marketing data gathered at the door, as well as five VIP passes as well as ten regular admission passes.

5000.00: This level includes everything that is in the lower level sponsorships as well as your brand recognition in all aspects for he show. Examples would be your logos on the event posters, tee shirts, banners, and the hole in the wall tattoo and tattoo area. You receive five booths to use with whichever brands you choose. Fifteen VIP passes as well as twenty three day passes to use as giveaways or for your staff.
