AVEC (AUGUST AND KEN-MING) RESIDENT ANNOUNCEMENT + RECORDING RELEASE

After being introduced to both Bart and Daniel, hearing their sounds and energy they carry along in their sets. A residency for these 2 talents felt like the right step to take.

Expect to see them on some of our lineups this year. Their recording, was a opening set at UNDISCLOSED x IndeWirWar which can now be listened to on our SoundCloud page, or follow the link in bio.

THE ADE A’DAM TOWER RECORDINGS

Talent and locals are a key part of our concept. We’ve just released 6 sets on our SoundCloud, all recorded in the bathrooms of the A’dam tower during last years ADE.

A quick glimpse into last Saturday’s club night.

We had set our ever so beloved warehouse up intro a 3 area, club setting. The main room featured an open window behind the booth. As cars and people passed by, we celebrated nightlife.

A big thank you to all artists, visitors, crew and tech.

While we are continuously working on finding, and hosting new locations or collaborations national, or international.

This did really feel like a proper club night, in a space we could have never dreamt of. When the city council of Gemeente Alkmaar starts recognising what they are missing, we will give our all to offer you a safe space, a home base, or just a place where the people and artists are able express and grow.

A space where we maintain the culture.

(Including the beautiful sub-cultures that can’t find their way on commercial ground.)

This is our HAL, and tonight we will be speaking in front of the city council regarding the importance of night culture in our city.

With a goal of obtaining a nighttime permit for our location. This will allow us to freely work on creating a space in Alkmaar, where art, and artists from all across the world can develop and coexist with the city’s future vision.

A PLACE LIKE THIS CANT BE MISSED.

“HAL25’s nighttime culture, which primarily takes place in the evening and/or afternoon hours. Where the afternoon transitions into the evening, and the evening into the night. The HAL as a space for venting, for nocturnal seekers of happiness and artistic boundary pushers.

A place where different cultural backgrounds, subcultures, and layers of society come together. To astonish yourself, gape in awe, or become moved by various artists and performers.

The night as a mystical stage. Alienating and cathartic. Losing yourself or perhaps finding yourself again. More than the day…”

Passion finds passion.

So, as sun sets this June 22nd. Our outdoor space will be ready for one of the most unique closings we’ve had.

After introducing our soundsystem, sketching up the stage layout and talking to Chami and OPH, we present you their beloved Face 2 Face act as a memorable closing to our outdoor area.
